Dissapointed, had the fried chicken dinner. Chicken was not crispy at all, very salty, green beans were frozen type, mashed potatoes with gravy were ok. Ice creams looked really good. Won't be comming back here, can find better fast foods elsewhere.

Ever pass a Culver's and not stop? Am recommending it be considered a mortal sin to let such deliciousness get away! The burgers are made to order-after the patty gets a good butter searing on the grill. Went with a plain butter burger with cheese just to see if it competed in any way with my beloved Habit char burgers. They don't! Both are delicious in their own way. The iced tea was freshly made. Onion rings also hot, salty, and delicious-sounds faintly dirty but it's how I roll. Great cooked to order fast food and I'm ecstatic that there is another location right by the airport on my way home. Definitely going to visit again!

Pretty good burger and fries. This is a quick yet much fresher option than junky fast food places. Overall, I personally prefer the burgers and fries at Five Guys over Culvers. I would return.

Fast food is a rarity for me. But this isn't fast food; it's good food quickly! Loved my culver deluxe burger but the true winners is the cheese curds and my custom mint oreo custard. If this is Wisconsin style fast food, then every state should copy it. My first visit and I look forward to many more! Please build one of these in DC/VA pretty please with Oreos on top!

Burgers are great and fresh! Had Culvers in Wi and tastes the same! Cheese curds are awesome and custard is the best! They have healthy menu options so make sure to try it out. Remember everything is fresh.

We had these up north and I loved the butter buns and desserts. I'm also partial to their root beer. Definitely worth checking out to see if this is your kind of place.

Overall: Kind of slow cervice, good custards. Burger needs flavor. This place is bigger than your typical fast-food place. When I first came here with my family, I really had high expectations. It really looked like a great place to eat, with food selections that seem awesome, and lots of workers and a clean place too. Once my family and I ordered food, we waited... and waited.... and waited some more. I thought wow, they're really testing how slow they can serve fast-food, while still being considered fast. I'm not sure if it's just busy, or if they have no workers, but that didn't seem to be the case at all. But anyways, I thought that "Okay, since its a slow service, maybe their food is good." But their burgers were also a let down for me. I got a mushroom and Swiss burger and it didn't really have a lot of flavor. It was really underseasoned. But, their custards are good! Nice great creamy texture and quality! My whole family loved them and the variety of flavors they had was great! Maybe it's just the day where I had a bad day of service & burgers. But the custards definitely was a saver.

This place is great. The burgers are so good. Over the last year or two of going there we have run into a problem or two. Usually it has to do with staff mistakes and the concrete mixer deserts. I want to say that management at this location is exceptional. If there is every a problem they handle it in a way that makes you want to keep coming back. Every restaurant has staff error. The difference is how management handles it with a customer. The manager last night took great care of me and my wife. She understood our issue and was very polite and had an easy solution. Culver's remains one of the best places to get dinner and desert in my book.

Get ready! The burger business is about to change!!! Traveling from Bonita Springs to Tampa Bay on a 4 Day getaway, needed some chow, so we pulled up Port Charlotte and found Culver's .... Didn't know anything about the company so here we go! New to Fl , only about 15 stores according to the fresh smiling server at the counter. Apparently a northern brand. Place was super clean- ok it's new . Asked her about the burgers - "off the chart" amazing in every way she said. I ordered the double patty with everything . (No I'm not a pig or fat- just freaking starving). Prepared perfectly in every way. You say - what's the big deal , should be simple - I agree, But many can't get it right. I'm telling you this burger was a "master peace" of work ! I included a picture for proof. Fresh made shakes and the onions rings were perfect - full of flavor without a puddle of grease in the bag . Build one in Hernando county. I'm already a raving fan .... Thank you !

Their ice cream is a ridiculous price. For the cost of one scoop you can buy a half gallon of Publix Premium Ice Cream‼

My fiancé being from Wisconsin swore that this place is fat heaven!...she was right. To begin, the place was packed with both guests and employees. As you look at the menu your mind gets lost with the unlimited number of food options; from burgers, cheese curds, custard, toppings, floats, and everything that can possibly cause a sugar overload. Which btw is actually a choice, "brownie overload". We ordered the pub onion new burger, sub the party for veggie (vegetarian friendly), some cheese curds, root beer float, and a kids meal for the little sister. The burger had flavor and honestly could be any better for a veggie burger. The float was like no other, considering the custard as oppose to ice cream. Cheese curds exactly what they're suppose to be like. Kids meal, plenty of food! Price: the prices here are a bit more than any traditional fast food place, but definitely worth it considering the quality of both the food and the service. The kids meal is also higher than usual, but guess what, they get a complimentary ice cream....I mean custard cone. The service was over the top than that of any other fast food chain; our diet and modifications were considered very seriously and there was always someone to help. Overall if you are in close proximity to Culver's especially this one, don't hesitate to stop and let the fat kid I you stop. In a way I wish this was closer to home, but at the same time I'm glad it isn't for health reasons.

We do enjoy a Culver's, coming from WI as we do and stopped here while visiting friends in the area. Same great service and food as up north!

What a delightful find! Excellent, reasonably priced fast food (burgers, sandwiches, fried chicken) with a few healthy options like salads on the menu, as well as delicious frozen custard shakes, malts, sundaes and "concrete mixers" (think Blizzards from Dairy Queen). Definitely worth a visit for the shaved prime rib sandwich alone. The chocolate malt is to die for. Wisconsin cheese curds are okay if you like mild cheddar. Burgers are also very good. Fries are pretty standard fare, but their onion rings are a much better choice if you like that sort of thing.

Good Reuben sandwich. Good service. Great frozen custard. Little pricey.

As far as fast food restaurants goes this rates as one of the best. The food is always hot and the help is very hospitable. Their custards top anything that Dairy Queen has and is creamier. I just wish there were more of this chain restaurant around.

Normally I don't do fast food. In general I am health conscience but somehow my intended salad turned into a deluxe butter burger and cheese curds. This was worth the cheat, I enjoyed every bite! This was a real burger, fast food doesn't have a chance!

The food is so good. You can't go wrong with a burger cooked in butter! The fries are the perfect blend of crispy and potato-ey. And the custard! Their concrete mixers are the best. Strawberry Cheesecake is my favorite. A great place for an indulging treat. Well worth the slightly elevated price.

When I first saw Culver's, I thought, "Great, all we need in the area is another fast food, hamburger joint." At some point, I asked my friends if they had been to Culver's and was told by several people that they had and that it was better than McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's around the corner. They also mentioned frozen custard. Hearing custard piqued my interest. I have had custard on several occasions and have always been rather fond of it. The difference between frozen custard and ice cream is the addition of egg yolks and the removal of much of the air bubbles. Over three trips I managed to order and try the following menu items: Cheeseburger (plain) and Fries Shaved Prime Rib Sandwich Buffalo Chicken Strips Vanilla Custard with Hot Fudge Vanilla and Chocolate Custard The cheeseburger was comprised of very thin patties. Thankfully there were two patties. The burger was a tad on the salty side as were the fries. The fries looked and tasted like Ore-Ida from the freezer section; neither great nor bad. The Shaved Prime Rib Sandwich had the meat, sauteed onions and swiss cheese; but no au jus available. Prime Rib sandwiches should ALWAYS have au jus, but I digress. The taste of the PR sandwich was okay and the onions were cooked sufficiently. While I could order it again, my friend would never order it again. I am glutton for food items that are labeled with "Buffalo" and then made properly. After having ordering the chicken strips, I would never call them Buffalo again. I might call them "hot" or "spicy" but never Buffalo. The strips themselves didn't taste bad, but they were just like the hot and spicy Tyson strips you can get at Sam's where copious amounts of cayenne pepper is worked into the batter. I am somewhat ambivalent to this food item. The item that really colors a majority of my opinion about Culver's is the custard. I LOVE CUSTARD. It is so dense and flavorful. It doesn't need any toppings, just get chocolate, vanilla, the flavor of the day or any combination thereof. I have a very strict rule of no dairy after 2pm and I have already broken this rule to order the vanilla custard with hot fudge. The juxtaposition of hot and cold with chocolate and vanilla is just so tasty. If I hadn't tried the custard on my first trip, I probably never would have returned based solely on the lunch and dinner fare. I plan on trying one of their concrete mixers with mint and Oreo. YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the fourth time I have been to this Culvers in 2 weeks. Very good food. I love the fried chicken, the mushroom and Swiss burger was very good. Today I had a grilled Ruben, which was great! Their fries are great. The cheese curds are...not for me. I did not like them. So far I have eaten here a dozen times and the food is very good or great...except the cheese curds.

I went to this restaurant today with the family for the first time. We had the butterburger with cheese value meal. While the hamburger was good and freshly made, it was nothing to write home about. It's better than McDonalds (not hard to beat ) or Burger King but places like five guys are way better.

I rarely have fast food, but I made a quick stop and wasn't disappointed. Had a burger and cheese curds and was quite pleased. For fast food, you cannot beat, Culvers.

This was my first experience at Culver's. I was on travel for work and a nice couple had just returned to the hotel with their soda cups. I started some conversation and found out they were from Wisconson, which is where this chain started. They highly recommended it to me. The place is newly build and looks great. There were LOTS of staff taking orders, stocking napkins, catchup, etc. Staff where everywhere! I decided to keep it simple even though their menu is huge. I got a cheeseburger, fries and soda to go. Everything is prepared fresh so I waited 5-10 minutes. A staff member carried my order out to me where I was standing. The burger was delicious. Even though I took my order to go, the fried were still too hot for me to eat when I got to the hotel. I would definitely go back here again. My only regret was I didn't try the custard. Next time I will eat there. Maybe a kids meal so I can save room for desert :) Welcome to Florida Culvers! I just found one pretty close to my house in Tampa.

If you are ready for an awesome burger and fries Culvers is a great place. Prices are in line with other fast food restaurants. WARNING! If you are health conscience don't go. The Butter Burger is great. Add bacon and you have a "heart attack" on s bun. That being said, it is really GOOD. The burgers are pressed seared. You order at the counter and get a number flag. Your order is promptly delivered to your table. I rarely give a 5 star rating, but for what Culvers is, it's pretty close. Ill have to go back to try some other menu items.

OMG! Can we discuss the butter burgers and frozen custard??? DELICIOUS! The cheese curds are awesome...the frozen custard concretes are amazing. The burgers are five guys style in the thinness, but different in the butter buns. They are mouthwatering and I can't explain enough how much they are similar to crack. You will be addicted. You will crave them. I recommend the double cheddar butter burger with cheese curds or fries. Then save room for a concrete with 2 mix ins of your choice. The service is fast and the food is accurate and prepared fresh. Just GO!

Ordered two butter burger combos with onion rings instead of fries, one came with onion rings and one came with fries. When I informed the girl that took my order that the order was wrong she apologized but would not fix my order unless I paid an up charge for the onion rings. This is terrible customer service and I hope culvers corrects this policy to make their customers pay for their mistakes. The food was okay but very greasy.

We learned about Culver's in a recent edition of Consumer Reports. It is rated one of the top fast food chains in the nation! There isn't one in our town, so a weekend trip became our opportunity to try it out! We liked it a lot! The cod sandwich was crisp and juicy, a nice piece of fish! My companion had the crispy chicken sandwich, which he liked. Onion rings were not greasy and crisp. Overall, a very good fast food experience!
